Terminus 12 removes HealthIndicator, getStatus and every health error class, including HealthCheckError.
In our tests a v11 indicator that threw HealthCheckError returned 503, while a plain thrown Error returns 500 on both versions.
Return down() from HealthIndicatorService to keep a 503, and note that nest upgrade leaves @nestjs/terminus untouched.
