TypeScript 7.0 exposes no programmatic API, so typescript-eslint, ts-jest, ts-morph and the template checkers behind Vue, Svelte, Astro and Angular cannot run on it.
Teams can upgrade the tsc build now and keep TypeScript 6 pinned for lint and template checks until the new API lands in TypeScript 7.1.
