KB5121003 crashes some games because of an old third-party driver named `inpoutx64.sys`, not because of the games themselves.
Removing that driver takes about two minutes and keeps all of the update's security fixes in place.
Uninstalling KB5121003 removes protection against 421 flaws, including CVE-2026-68820, which attackers are already exploiting.
