KB5124008 can make USB Audio Class 1.0 devices fail with Code 10 or play no sound, according to Microsoft's release health dashboard.
The September 14 update, KB5129195, fixed the 8-channel and 3D audio failures only.
Microsoft's status for the rest of the bug is "Mitigated", not "Resolved", and no consumer fix has been published.
