TypeScript 7.0.2 rejects `target: ES5`, `moduleResolution: node`, `baseUrl` and `esModuleInterop: false` with errors TS5108 and TS5102, and `ignoreDeprecations: "6.0"` does not silence them.
Installing `@typescript/typescript6` next to `typescript@7.0.2` made `node_modules/.bin/tsc` run version 6.0.3 in our test, so check `tsc -v` before you trust a green build.
